I want to personally thank you for coming to the rescue with the recent water leak in the ceiling of my home. Who knew a shower would come down through my recessed lighting fixture?!? Thank goodness I was home and it was over my kitchen sink – it certainly could have been much worse. But your prompt response helped to minimize the damage and find resolution on a holiday weekend, which was very much appreciated.

I especially took note of your team’s attention to detail and willingness to try and troubleshoot our mystery leak from the second floor bathroom down into my kitchen. They did an excellent job mitigating any further damage and were on time with the check-in appointments while things were drying out. The kitchen is the hub of our home and they worked with us to find a solution so I didn’t lose use of my kitchen completely.

And if all that weren’t enough to sing your praises to my friends and neighbors, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your generosity with the financial piece to this most unwelcome situation. Being on a tight budget, especially for the holidays, is tough and your willingness to work with our needs goes beyond words.

Letter of Recommendation, Eugene Faith Center

To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of Eugene Faith Center regarding our experience working with Willamette Valley Restoration Incorporated. We experienced three separate arson fires earlier this year which resulted in both structural and smoke damage. We had one modular building that housed six offices that was completely gutted and another 12 . 15 people displaced due to extensive smoke damage to our administration building. WVR was on the scene vary shortly after the initial call and began working to secure the building and provide a damage assessment. Our insurance company recommended their work due to its quality, but also the professionalism of their staff and crew. It took nearly four months to get our staff back into their original offices and even longer for those whose offices were destroyed completely. WVR did an outstanding and thorough job of salvaging our office fixtures and files and helped to treat them in a way that would remove all traces and smells of smoke damage. They were also able to identify deeper damage from the smoke that most people might have overlooked.

Throughout the entire process, Michael Jones and his team communicated frequently and clearly with us in determining the best course of action both on an interim and long-term basis. They were sensitive to our need to continue operating as well as the sense of loss and violation that can occur with arson fires. When the furniture and fixtures were returned, they were completely eradicated of smoke and seemed fresh and new in most cases.

What began as a tragedy has ended up as a blessing for us. Though the fire was extremely disruptive and inconvenient, WVR made it so much easier by their sensitivity, quality of workmanship and on-time completion in spite of the expected contingencies. I would highly recommend Michael Jones and his talented team to help you repair fire, water and smoke damage, but also to use it as an opportunity to restore, update and remodel your workspaces.
